Refunds and cancellation.

Cancel any time, no reason needed, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a month already started, except when the fault is ours or a charge was wrong. Last updated 2 November 2026.

How payment works

Monthly plans are paid by card or UPI AutoPay through Razorpay. You authorise the recurring payment on Razorpay’s page; we never see your card or UPI details.
Your bank or Razorpay sends you a notice before each automatic debit, as RBI rules require. Prices include GST.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account (the console for Realty, Studio for Studio, your Meenira account for Health), or by writing to us.
Cancelling stops all future charges. The service continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
If you cancel during a free trial, you are never charged.

Refunds

We do not refund part of a month that has started.
Charged twice or the wrong amount: we refund the difference in full. Charged after you cancelled: we refund that charge in full.
If we fail to deliver the service because of a fault on our side (for example an outage that stops your assistant, your videos or your parent’s calls for days), we refund or credit the affected part of the month on request.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days of approval; your bank may take longer to show it.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund”, the product, the email or phone number on the account and the date of the charge.
We reply within 2 working days. Grievances under the DPDP Act: [email protected].

Meenira Realty

14 days free from the day your assistant goes live, then ₹4,999 a month including GST.

Meenira Studio

A free trial worth about ₹290 of generation, then Starter ₹1,499, Pro ₹4,999 or Business ₹14,999 a month including GST.
Budget spent on videos you approved is not refundable, because it pays the AI providers that made them.

Meenira Health

The first 2 weeks are free, with 2 calls a week. You set up UPI AutoPay (or a card) to start; nothing is charged until day 15, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Then from ₹300 a month (2 days a week) to ₹800 a month (every day), including GST, for the days you choose.
